The Crisis Leader

Many leaders fall into the trap of thinking that crisis is what makes a leader. But as John Maxwell says, crisis does not make a leader; crisis reveals a leader.

Good leaders are prepared when crisis hits, and their preparation is what sustains them and reveals their character under pressure. In this episode, Mark Cole and Richard Chancy share their experience with crisis in their own leadership journeys.

I think this is an important message that we should share with friends even those who do not have employees as subordinates . Maybe within our families and even at church and within the daily happenings of life!

  4. Listening from Zimbabwe. I was thinking WOW, this material is very relevant in my context. Will definitely be applying the leadership tips. Simultaneously I was encouraged to grow my crisis leadership muscle now, rather than wait for the crisis to be fully blown. Thank you John, Mark, Richard and team for the timely podcasts.
