Leadership Limitations: Can You Lead Everyone? Series

Do you think great leaders have the ability to lead anyone and everyone? The answer may surprise you. You see, there are factors that limit how far others are able to go and how far we, as leaders, can take them. This week, Mark Cole and Traci Morrow begin a new series on Leadership Limitations.

In part one, John Maxwell will teach the four major factors that determine the limitations of the people we lead. Next week, in part two, John will teach on the five factors that determine how far we, as leaders, can take our people.

Our BONUS resource for this series is the “Leadership Limitations Worksheet,” which includes fill-in-the-blank notes from John’s teaching. You can download the worksheet by clicking “Download the Bonus Resource” below.

  1. I just want to share that I just started listening to the podcast in April, and that it has changed my life! I am playing catch up and so I try to listen to one episode each day and the information, ideas, and inspiration I get from each one is phenomenal! Since the very first episode I listened to I’ve been working on figuring out my purpose in life. I am 40 years old, so a little later in the game haha! But just this week I think I finally figured it out and wanted to thank you and share it with you (not just John but the entire podcast team as I have learned so much from all of you!). My whole life I thought I really disliked people, I would get so angry with them while they complained and whined about their life circumstances. I’d try to talk them through, or offer advice, etc. But mostly met with excuse after excuse as to why their lives won’t or can’t get better. This week I’ve been so close to honing in on my purpose, and just yesterday – an epiphany! I want to show people all the possibilities, show them all the opportunities that exist in their lives! This is my purpose! I am constantly working on developing myself and I know now that my biggest challenge will be working on developing this purpose while exercising empathy and patience with people. But now I know that is why I would get so angry, or actually it wasn’t even anger it was passion!! And I feel a new energy inside that I haven’t felt before and I can’t wait to see how my life unfolds now that I know what I am here to do. I could go on and on and on, but I will wrap it up here. Thank you so very much John, and your leadership team! You are all amazing! I love listening to you in the podcasts (oh and by the way I got hooked on your books as well, I’ve only read ten so far, but I have one on the way, and plan to read them all). You are all life changers!
