In part two of our series on Leading Through Change, John Maxwell shares the four key principles of change that every individual experiences. These keys are important as you lead through change. They’ll help you and your team cultivate an environment that is conducive to change, rather than hold onto the past and stifle progress.
Mark Cole and Jason Brooks pick up the discussion on how to lead on an individual basis when change comes, and they offer insights from their own leadership experience.
Our BONUS resource for this series is the Leading Through Change Worksheet, which includes fill-in-the-blank notes from John’s teaching. You can download the worksheet by clicking “Download the Bonus Resource” below.
These past two episodes have been gold to me. In my organization, I am more younger and “junior” than those previously leading in my position. I am leading the organization through a change so big it changes not only standard operating procedures but also is reshaping our culture and how we address problems. I am one that prefers to release the change and modify as we walk it out. This series has helped me to rethink how I address this change to the organization. Thank you and thanks Chris for coming on.
