Thanks for sharing John and Mark. It would be an honor to have John Maxwell and his team visit Belize in Central America. I am the first manager of a thirteen years old striving Institute for Technical and Vocational Education and Training in the Orange Walk District (OWITVET) in the country of Belize and I have been tremendously inspired by John’s many books. I have learnt much and my leadership has improved over the years. I have a team of 33 and everyone who knows of our existence has many great things to say about our Technical Institute. Our success stories, thus far, are as a result of my super team and I am so grateful and proud of them.
